Frequently asked questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the website, open your profile page and choose “Manage subscription” - it opens a secure billing portal where you can change plans, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you purchased inside the iOS app, your purchase is managed by Apple: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions to change or cancel.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourself at any time: sign in, open your profile page, and choose “Delete account”. This permanently removes your profile and cancels any active subscription. If you have trouble, email us at [email protected] and we will delete it for you.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, choose the forgot-password option and enter your account email. We will send you a link to set a new password. If you signed up with Google, just use the “Continue with Google” button - there is no separate Guitartopia password.
How do I report content or block another player?
Community areas like the Open Mic Tavern and chat include controls to report a take, comment, or message, and to block a user so you no longer see their content. You can also email us a report at [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
What do I get with a paid plan?
The free plan lets you explore the world map, use the tuner, and watch selected content. Paid plans unlock the full library - Guitar Gym drills, Campfire Classics song lessons, the daily Song of the Day, Guitartopia University courses, and posting your own takes to the Open Mic Tavern.
